These works are guttural expressions of the anger, fear and disbelief

following the presidential election of 2024.

Ornery and mischievous, these quirky wooden mushroom fairies came alive

during the creation of a multimedia mural.

These works were created utilizing a multitude of media to include acrylic paint, magazine paper, fabric, markers and found materials ... yes, even dirt.

Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon where people perceive familiar patterns, often faces, in random stimuli. The works in this collection began as photos of random images, like a crack in the sidewalk, printed on archival paper.  With paint and collage materials, these photos morphed into something quite unlike the originals,

like a group of friends sitting together on the beach.
